I hear a lot of talk in the media about midwives not supporting new mums after they give birth, having gone through this my wife got no support what so ever, and I dont think this is an isolated case infact sadly, its the norm.
However she is married to me so she didnt need it and reached her pre baby weight within 7 weeks of giving birth.
How - just a healthy balanced diet, no rubbish, no carbs at night and no exercise, was it easy, no, but better 6 weeks of hard work than a lifetime of thinking and moaning about it.
She breast fed for two weeks then bottle fed after that, so for the first two weeks I didnt touch anything, but after that we then started to slowly introduce healthy eating and portion contol, as well as eating healthy snacks so infact she ate 8 times per day, so this increased he metabolic rate, so increased her weight loss.
so Check out our healthy balanced diet, dshe also now uses the Dinbosaur Ultimate fat Burner, but didnt touch anything for 2 months.
