Weight loss Program
If you are comitted to losing weight and getting in shape then this program is designed for you. You need to incorporate weights and CV workouts, this will allow you to gain tone and shape whilst dropping bodyfat. Concentrate on shape and not weight as you will gain an amount of muscle, but this is a good thing as muscle in females = tone, tone = Sexy Shape.
Day 1
Pick 2 different CV pieces of equipment (Treadmill, Cross trainer, Rower, Stepper, Stair climber, Bike etc)
2 X 15 minute sessions
Heart rate no more than 60% max
Weights - 1 set of 12-15
Chest Press
Lat Pull Down
Bicep Curl
Tricep Extension
Leg Press
Hamstring Curl
Abdominals 3x 25 Reps
Day 2
Pick 2 different CV pieces of equipment (Treadmill, Cross trainer, Rower, Stepper, Stair climber, Bike etc)
2 X 15 minute sessions
Heart rate no more than 60% max
Weights - 1 set 12-15 reps

Dumbell Curl
Tricep Kick Backs
Leg Extension
Single leg Hamstring Curl
Abdoninals 3X 20 Reps
Day 3 Repeat Day 1
