Morning and Afternoon Breaks;
Choose

1 x piece of Fruit

1 x low calorie Yoghurt
3.
1 x fruit or low calorie cereal bar.

Dinner
or Tea;
Choose

Carbohydrates;
1.
Boiled White or Brown Rice (washed when
cooked)
2.
Baked Potato.
3.
Boiled Potatoes
4.
Pasta or Spaghetti (washed when cooked)
5.
Noodles (washed when cooked)
Make
that you don’t add salt to the water when boiling and wash under a cold tap.
Proteins;
Choose
from one of the following;
1.
Turkey Breast
2.
Chicken Breast
3.
Any fresh Fish
4.
Fillet or Rump Steak (cut away all fat)
5.
Silverside Beef.
You can
smear Garlic, Pepper and Herbs over any of the above for a better tasting meal.
Vitamins
& Minerals;
Choose
from one of the following;
1.
Selection of salad products
2.
Selection of Steamed or Boiled Vegetables.
You can
sprinkle Apple Cider Vinegar over any of the above which will help burn off any
fats in transit.

and Lunch;
Choose

Tuna or Chicken Salad Pita. (Pita Bread,
Salad, Chicken or Tuna, Pineapple, Garlic and Apple Cider Vinegar spread Low Calorie
Mayonnaise

Tuna or Chicken Wrap. (Tortilla Wrap, Salad,
Tuna or Chicken, Pineapple, Garlic, and Apple Cider Vinegar Spread wrap with
Low Calorie Mayonnaise
3.
Prawn Tortilla Wrap or Pita Bread;
Ingredients are in Meal Examples Below.
These
are also good to take to work for lunch, easy and satisfying.

Coffee (with skimmed milk and sweetener) or black, Mineral Water (natural or
flavoured), Diet Soft Drinks, Low Calorie Cordials, Dry White Wine.
Puddings;
A Piece
of Fruit, Fruit Salads or Low Calorie Yoghurts.

Meals;
1.
Boiled Rice, Salmon Steak and Vegetables.
2.
Fillet or Rump Steak, Baked Potato and Salad

Pasta, Chicken or Turkey Breast Chopped
mixed with a Low Calorie Pasta Sauce.
4.
Sunday Dinner; Silverside Beef, Boiled
Potatoes, Vegetables and a Smear of Gravy.
5.
Turkey Bolognaise. Crushed Tinned Tomatoes,
Small amount of Puree, Turkey Mince, Garlic and Herbs, Mushrooms, Onions with
Spaghetti Pasta. Prepare like a normal Bolognaise. Cook like a normal
Bolognaise.
6.
Baked Potato, Chicken Breast and Salad.
7.
Turkey Lasagne; Crushed Tinned Tomatoes,
Small amount of Puree, Turkey Mince, Garlic and Herbs, Mushrooms, Onions and
Pasta Sheets. Prepare just like a normal Lasagne. Cook like a normal Lasagne.
8.
Pizza; Pizza Base, Crushed Tinned Tomatoes
with small amount of Puree, Low Calorie Cheese, Tomato, Chicken or Tuna,
Pepper, Onion, Sweetcorn, Pineapple and Mushrooms. Cook like a normal Pizza
9.
Omelette; 1 x full egg, 2 x Egg Whites,
Skimmed Milk, Tomato, Onion, Tuna or Chicken and Sweetcorn. Prepare just like a
normal Omelette.
10.
Burgers; Turkey Mince, Sweet Potato,
Onions, Herbs and Garlic. Just heat the Sweet Potato in Microwave for 2
minutes. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then Squeeze into burgers and
Place into a frying pan with a little olive Oil until cooked.
11.
Fish and Chips; Cod with a sprinkle of Garlic
then shallow fry in Olive Oil, cut up potato wedges coat in Olive Oil and baked
in the oven and serve with peas. Use Apple Cider Vinegar for some taste.
12.
Prawn Pita or Wrap. Prawns in Low Calorie
Mayonnaise, Pineapple, Salad, Sprinkle Apple Cider Vinegar Spread Pita Bread or
Tortilla Wrap with Low Calorie Mayonnaise. Roll all ingredients in to a Wrap or
insert all ingredients into a Pita Bread. These are good to take to Work for
Lunch.
13.
Chicken Kebab; Place Chicken, Pepper,
Onions, Mushrooms and Pineapple on a Skewer and Cook under a Grill. Serve with
Rice or Baked Potato and Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar on the Salad.
